Decorating for a COZY Halloween

Well HELLO there and Happy Halloweenie everyone. I have been posting way more

 on INSTAGRAM than my blog this past year, so it almost feels kinda weird writing a blog post.

Refreshing the Staircase - Erase Wood Scratches & Blemishes

Well hello there everyone, it's been a while since my last blog post, what a slacker I am!!! 
I've been posting more in Instagram these days (it's so much quicker).

So this weekend I tackled a project that has been 
bugging me for a while and I want to share it with you cuz 
I am just THAT PUMPED about the outcome!

The "eyesore" I tackled is our STAIRCASE !!!! Our house is 12 years old now and the
staircase has made it through the toddler years, tons play-dates & sleep-over's, 
a 185 pound Newfoundland dog, 3 kittens practicing their climbing skills & my 
vacuum cleaner crashing into it on a regular basis (bad driving skills). 

Christmas Snap Shots Around The House

Merry Merry Christmas everyone! I know by the time this post goes live 

it will be too late to wish you a Merry Christmas but technically as I am typing this 

post late Tuesday night (on Christmas Day) it still counts!!!

I was running really late decorating, gift-wrapping, cooking, etc this year, so this post 

is also late....you might all be totally done looking at Christmas Decor pictures by now, 

but heyyyy it's still winter, right?

Here is a little corner in the kitchen nook, I love this vintage crate with a demijohn I found

a few years ago. Looks amazing with string lights for all seasons.

Front Porch with Boho Vibes

Well hello there everyone, I know I know ... once again it's been a while since my last blog post. 

Our house has been filled with friends and family visiting for the last couple of months which has been wonderful and I miss them all already.

So I've been busy giving our guest bedroom a Make-Over and getting it into tip top shape, because 
for the next 5 weeks we will have friends and family from Germany staying with us.
