A Guest Bedroom Make-Over and what a difference a rug can make

So I've been busy giving our guest bedroom a Make-Over and getting it into tip top shape, because 
for the next 5 weeks we will have friends and family from Germany staying with us.

A Little Halloween Tour 2017

Hello everyone, as always I am barely getting my Halloween post up here on time.  

Every year I tell myself to get started earlier and it never happens. 

Well, 1 more day until Halloween and if I don't post our 

little Halloween tour now it will never happen. 

So without a ton of chatter, here we are....welcome to our little tour. I don't go 

overboard with Halloween and only have a few little areas downstairs decorated. 

Most of the big stuff we purchased years ago when we did a Haunted House 

for the kids. Otherwise we probably wouldn't have much Halloween Decor period.

Hello and Happy Memorial Day Weekend Everyone!!!! I am sick this week with a nasty cold and actually stayed home from work on Friday. So I have no energy to tackle anything new this weekend. But since this time of year we all seem to have the urge to get outside and spruce up our outdoor spaces, I decided I want to put together a post with all past outdoor inspirations from my blog.    Hello and Happy Fall Sweets, I wanted to decorate the front porch for Fall today but it is so nasty and wet in the Pacific Northwest, so I didn't get very far.....however I do have a little bit of Eye Candy for you. I managed to take a few adorable shots of Bugsy our American Fuzzy Lop this morning.

Playing With An Old Crate

Happy Sunday everyone, how has your weekend been?  My Mom flew in for a month long visit from Germany this week. This morning we both had fun putting together several vignettes on an old crate. I have so much stuff stacked away in my spare closet, I really need to find a permanent home for some of it. I hope you all enjoy these different set-ups......
