Hello and Happy Holidays everyone, one of my favorite things during
the holidays is to create a Christmas card to send to friends and family.
Problem is, I run behind every year....always last minute!!!
Luckily on-line sites like Cardstore.com safe me each year!
I used Cardstore.com/ this afternoon after taking some quick
pictures on the back patio.

I always prefer to take my own Christmas pictures at home.
It beats going to a photo studio with a fake and boring back ground any day!
It does not have to be fancy, just some Christmas decor in the
back ground and some cute models. I prefer to take pictures outside for
the best lighting but if the weather does not cooperate check out what I did
last Christmas HERE
Cardstore.com has a lot of great card designs to choose from, you can upload
and create a beautiful Christmas card from tons of layouts and designs.
I loaded my pictures within minutes of taking them and voila...
Now I just have to wait for them to arrive in the
mail and I will still be able to get them all out before Christmas.
Here are some examples of wonderful cards they have to choose from.

So for those of you that still haven't gotten
around to do your cards, you still have time!

ReplyDeleteWhat a cute backdrop with the hot chocolate, cookies and lanterns! So pretty and Christmassy!!!
ReplyDeleteVery cute background set up. I need to do ours, guess we'll do them this week, and then run them off to the press.
ReplyDeleteThese are beyond adorable Christine! Just looked at them with our little guy & he said "be sure to tell her they're all so cute"! Our kids and husband tried to convince me to say yes to a bunny this summer (same kind as yours!)... I regret it now, seeing the pics do yours! He's so fluffy!

So cute! I love that you incorporated the pets... and your model looks very enthusiastic! Such a cute set-up on your patio, love that blanket over the chair!
ReplyDeleteOh goodness there is that cute bunny with your darling son, what fun you all have. Thanks so much for linking up on Friday Feature Linky Party, always a pleasure to have you visit. Reminds me to come see what you have been up too, hehe
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, *Hope your enjoying the Holidays*

I don't bother with Christmas cards (seeing as how I see the entirety of my family every day) but I wanted to say that I love how you included the pets in your photos. I was lured in from Show Me Saturday by the bunny in the photo :D
ReplyDeleteYour son is such a cutie! One year when when it was snowing, I made my daughters get on their Christmas dresses and pose on my front porch because the snow had piled up so perfectly in the lattice. It was the perfect backdrop for our cards! They still tease me about it and it's still my favorite picture! Thanks for sharing at Pin-Worthy Wednesday, pinned!
ReplyDeleteI don't even do the cards anymore...just too much work! But I do a Cmas ecard for friends/family :)
ReplyDeleteI do miss receiving cards in the mail, but you can't expect what you don't send out.
Thanks so much for coming & linking up with us on last week's Inspired By Me Mondays! Hope you can come join us again for this week's party :) Rachael @ Diamonds in the Rough
I've never heard of Cardstore.com. Thanks for sharing. And yes, I agree, I prefer to take my own photos as well. They are always so much better. Totally show off your families personality! AND THAT BUNNY! There he is again! Such a little blogster celebrity! I swear, everytime I see him, I just wanna smush his cute little cheeks! Thanks for linking up at Found & Foraged! See you again next Saturday at 8PM CT.
ReplyDeleteGreat images and thanks for letting me know about Cardstore. Thanks for linking up to On Display Thursday!
