Moss Lovin on the Front Porch

Hello and Happy Weekend Everyone....After I took down all Christmas Decorations this winter,  I just kind of let the front porch go for a while. Everything was BLAH and uninviting  looking out there. Today I finally got to it . I was shooting for a "Wintery" look with moss accents. Soon I will have to change everything again for Spring and Easter...LOL...

I got these cute little lanterns at IKEA a while back. I hung them from the ceiling with some twine and stuffed fake moss in them for color

I also made this cute little moss heart and hung it on a grapevine wreath with some twine

I stole this cozy "Teddy Bear Fur" from our sons room, he hasn't noticed yet...lol

Another cute moss heart to add a little color
If you want to know how I made the moss hearts, you can see what products I used below
A glue gun is all you need to glue the moss onto the Styrofoam hearts.

As always, thanks  to each and everyone of you for reading my little blog!!!!

  11. Looks great!! I'm jealous. My winter decorations are all still out...covered in snow. It's too cold here to go out to pack it all away. I would be embarrassed if any of my blog friends came over for a visit :)

  32. How could someone ignore this Christine? This is totally cool! I love both candle holder and that lamp fixture! Why I forgot something in details about the wood chair? I have wood chair in the backyard, seems it’s suited well as a front porch. This one rocks! Keep it cool Christine!
