Hello Loves, earlier this year we painted our master bathroom and I don't
think I shared the new wall color with you yet, so here is the scoop....
7 Years ago when we built the house I LOVED those bold & warm
terra-cotta colors...well, NEEDLESS to say my taste has changed.
I was soooo sick of that red paint.
I choose KEYSTONE by Sherwin Williams
It is a beautiful neutral grey, not too dark,
not too light
I know I know, Christmas is over, BUT the star in the window has to stay.
I love the light it gives out at night when I lay in the bath tub....sooo cozy
ohhh and by the way, the basket and the wall art above the tub
are from World Market
are from World Market
How do you like the new paint color????
Love how fresh & simple the after looks! So bright & relaxing!

Looks great Christine! I inherited a terra cotta red in the kitchen here at the new to us house...it's going very soon as well. I LOVE the star and wish I had one to soak by!!

Love the colour! It's so rich!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful change Christine! Your bath looks like a tranquil retreat. I love the simplicity of it and I totally get why you kept the star - I am sure it is stunning at night. Jane
ReplyDeleteI love the new lighter color! It compliments the other colors that you have in there too. I know you will enjoy the new look since it is very classic.
ReplyDeleteYep, you made the right decision! The new color looks awesome!
ReplyDeleteVery nice remodel.... it is so updated and inviting. :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks wonderful! I was at the antique mall the other day where there are lots of old crates for sale showing someone your post about all of the uses for crates! LOL they were amazed! :)
ReplyDeleteThe color choice looks perfect with the tile and counter. Looks like soaking in that tub would be very relaxing. I'm concerned about your star lamp on the edge though. Isn't there a danger it could fall into the tub of water? Be careful!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a luxurious spa! Great job Christine!

I love the new paint color! So pretty! My house was also painted in warm earth tones when we moved in - pretty, but no longer my style. The whole house got painted Revere Pewter by Benjamin Moore - what a difference! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful bathroom makeover at the Talented Tuesday Link Party!
