Project Challenge: CLOCK FACE

Hello there sweets, another month has flown by and here we are again with yet another
DIY blogger challenge. If this is your first time here, let me explain what's going on.
Each month a group of us bloggers have a different project challenge to come up with.
This month the challenge given was  CLOCK FACE ....hmmmmm  tricky one right?

I choose to make something fun & playful for our bonus/playroom, since we
are just in the process of re-doing that space. Since our son is truly
a night-owl, it seemed only perfect to make a clock with the theme
"Night Owl" (our rabbit approved, I might add)!

A Little Bar In A Crate

Happy Presidents Day Loves!!! I hope you guys are enjoying the extra day off today!
I've spend all day in my PJ's yesterday, being lazy for a big part of the day !!!
On the "non-lazy" part of the day I re-arranged some stuff in the dining room.
I wanted to show you the little mini-bar I made out of an old crate.

As you guys know, I love to decorate with old crates, one can never have enough.
I just added some candles and straws along with the very few bottles of booze
I found in the pantry. I think it's just enough to qualify as a bar!!!

Project Challenge: Spindles, Moulding Or Trim

Hola amigas, time for our monthly DIY blogger challenge again...Yipeeeee
Each month a group of us bloggers have a different project challenge to come up with.
This month we had to make something using Spindles, Moulding or Trim.

I decided to make an "ABOVE THE DOOR SIGN"
for our tiny mud-room area using a piece of trim.

Wintery Decor On The Back Patio

Hello and Happy New Year peeps!!! Today I am sharing a little corner in our backyard
with you, all decked out in winter décor. This year we got our Christmas tree kind
of late (8 days before Christmas), so when it was time to get rid of the tree, it still
looked so beautiful and  fresh. So when we took it down, we cut off all the branches
and saved them for some winter décor outside.
I filled our little fire pit and the wooden crate on the spool table
with tons of branches.

A Wintery Kitchen

Hola Amiga's, I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season with family and friends.
We have my Mom here visiting from Germany, so there has been a lot of cooking and baking
going on in our kitchen. Last night we had some friends over for a yummy German dinner
and I figured I better take some quick pics while the house is picked up and clean!!!!

I didn't feel like getting the formal dining room ready for company, so we ate in
the kitchen nook, which is a bit more cozy anywise.

It was starting to get dark outside and the I-phone is horrible at
taking pictures indoors when it gets gloomy.
Question to my fellow blogger friends:
Do you take pictures with your phones or do you use a
digital camera for blogging?

A SIMPLE Little Christmas Tour

I promised you "inside" Christmas pictures in my last post.
If I don't hurry, Christmas will be over and done with!

So let's get right to it, welcome to our entry

I purchased a bunch of STRALA stars from IKEA this year
and wanted them to be the main focus of our Christmas Decor
